Fall in my yard

One of the things that made coming back from Maui bearable is the beautiful fall foliage here in the Pacific Northwest. Although the weather hasn't been great, we did get a few days without rain so I was able to capture some of the colors in the following photos.


I know some day I want to live on the ocean. I also want to spend time every year in Maui. Maybe three months during winter I could soak up the sun at the beach in Maui, then come back to the Northwest for the rest of the seasons.



Today I am happy for the seasons and the natural beauty around me.
